섬기는 지도자란 자신의 재능과 기량을 활용하여 타인에게 도움을 주는 사람을 말하며, 저희는 중세보배들이 어디를 가든 자신의 지식과 성품을 발휘할 수 있도록 교육하고자 합니다. 이를 실천하기 위해 보배들을 대상으로 5가지의 핵심가치 즉 존중감, 지혜, 자기표현, 책임감, 전인교육을 통해 보배들의 인성교육에 힘쓰고 있습니다.
중세외국인학교의 강점 중 하나는 다양한 특별활동을 포함하는 국제적인 커리큘럼에 있으며, 중세보배 모두가 자신의 관심사와 재능을 키워나갈 수 있는 기회의 장을 제공하고자 합니다. 또한 소규모의 교실수업 및 교사 보배간의 친밀한 관계형성을 통해 보배 개개인이 교사들의 세심한 지도를 받으면서 가치있는 젊은이로서 자신이 목표로 하는 바를 이루어 나갈 수 있도록 격려하고 응원하고자 합니다.

Zhongshi Foreign Language Institute
- May 2000: Weihai Korean Kindergarten opened
Zhongshi International Academy(Primary/Middle/High School)
- March 2005: Applied for and received approval from the Weihai government for kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school programs.
- January 2006: Opened the Zhongshi Foreign Language Education Center, operating 11 sessions since its establishment. Approximately 250 students have enrolled and graduated.
Officially approved by the Ministry of Education of China as "Weihai Zhongshi Korean International School"
- October 2006: Registered as a Korean Ministry of Education Overseas Korean Education Institution
- March 2007: Opened the Korean Department (Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, and High School) with 18 students enrolled
- August 2007: Authorized by the UK Cambridge International Center as an “Officially Accredited Curriculum School”
- May 2009: Groundbreaking ceremony for the seminary (currently the main building)
- July 2010: Completion ceremony of Weihai Zhongxi Korean International School
- October 2014: Completion ceremony for Phase 2 of Zhongxi (Korean Department, Dormitory, Indoor Gymnasium, Event Hall)
- February 2016: Officially accredited by WASC
Renaming to Weihai Zhongshi Foreign School.
- September 2018: Reissuance of the Overseas Korean Education Institution Registration Certificate by the Korean Ministry of Education.
